This home was originally built in 1906 for William Singer and was later bought by the Grace family, and named Gracefield. The house was built in Palladian architectural style. In the 1980’s the Gracefield Mansion was sold to a developer, who gave the mansion its current name of Gracewood. This mansion is currently used as a clubhouse for those who live on the remaining property.
